  What stood out from the very beginning, with ******* Construction, was Matts responsiveness. He was always available, whether that was to answer questions concerning the building design, construction or its amenities. Matts team of carpenters were professionals and beyond polite. It was a pleasure to have them working here on the job and they were able to answer our questions or were able to get the answers for us.Im a person who asks a lot of questions and **** and his team were patient and always friendly, while providing me with the answers I needed.When ********** was completed, we actually sent a message to **** saying we had no idea that it would look so pretty. It looks great!We feel that ******* Construction was the right choice and at the end of the day, you cant do better than that!**********

  ******* Construction is an outstanding company. **** and **** are professional and reliable. Our old cottage was torn down, and a new, beautiful cottage was built in 8 months. It was on time and budget. They have a great crew who were lovely to have onsite. They were polite and professional and kept the workplace clean. **** and **** are very knowledgeable and creative. They worked well with our designer and us to solve last-minute issues and were always ready with great ideas. Together, we successfully kept the cottage on track throughout all kinds of COVID supply chain issues unrelated to their work. The workmanship in *********** is flawless - the carpentry, the fireplace, the flooring and the cabinetry. Everything is beautifully constructed and finished. Their sub-trades (plumbing, electrical) are tremendous and continue to be great when we have any questions. Finally, they finish things. We have worked with many construction companies, and usually, you remind them to finish all the outstanding items. Not so with *******. They keep a record, and they follow up with you. I highly recommend working with this team and have already recommended them to many friends.

  *********************** is an amazing ********* and contractor!!! Id give him more stars if I could. His big strengths are the quality of work, reliability, and top ********************. He is always accessible and he always delivers on his commitments. Hes done several big jobs for us including a full cottage renovation. He makes the process easy and provides total transparency on the process and pricing. Hes got great relationships with all the sub trades so you never have to worry about anything holding up your job. He takes enormous pride in his work and is completely committed to customer satisfaction. One of the most amazing things about **** is his communication skills and responsiveness. You rarely have to wait more than a few hours to hear back from him. *** asked him questions years after hes done the work and hes just as responsive as when hes working on your job. I have worked with a lot of contractors and **** is by far the best. He sets an incrediblly high standard for himself and his staff. I have 100% confidence in **** and his team and wouldnt even think of picking anyone else for a big **** or construction job. You will not be disappointed going with Conklins Construction.

  Working with **** and his team was seamless from the start of our project to the end. **** managed all the difficulties that come with building a home like a true professional. His quoting was transparent and accurate and his honesty in our discussions was refreshing.   I had the pleasure of working with this **** from ******* Construction, and can recommend him without any reservation. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, he demonstrated a commitment to excellence that truly set him apart. The project was completed on time and budget, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend ******* Construction to anyone looking to build or repair their dock, do an addition, or build a new home. I know that I will use this company for my next project. And that says a lot because I'm very picky!

  **** has done 2 projects for us; a significant cottage renovation and replacing our dock at our boathouse. In my work in real estate development, I work with a wide range of builders, and **** stands out as the most reasonable, reliable and fair. He's forthright about the jobs he quotes and routinely comes in on time and on budget. A rare feat in construction. He takes pride in the work, does it right, and never cuts corners.

  We chose ******* Construction to build our new family boathouse after receiving several quotes from various contractors for the project. What a great decision and wonderful experience! After reviewing out initial plans ******* made several recommendations to improve the design. The project was on budget and completed on time. The quality of their workmanship was excellent and the firendly crew always arrived on time. The new boathouse became the focal point of the cottage. I would highly recommend ******* Construction for your next project.

  I strongly recommend Conklins construction if you demand the very best of workmanship, ability deliver on time, keeping the customer up to date, competitive pricing and excellent service follow-up. **** and his team have built multiple buildings for me and I would use them again for my next project without hesitation. In these times when trades are in such demand its difficult to find a quality contractor who prices his projects fairly. Conklins construction is one of those few top notch companies.

  ******* Construction *** sets the bar for all others to reach for. We have hired them for several projects both large and small and each time our expectations were surpassed with the quality of work, integrity of the team and always on budget. **** is a hands on proprietor and always available to help explain anything that is going on with the project.We have had a major bathroom renovation completed, outdoor sheds, replacement dock and decking and each time my wife and I were treated with the utmost respect. We were sorry to see the ******* team leave as they are all very easy to have on your property.Each time I have sent **** a note, he has always replied back in less than 24 hours. Many times it is within the hour!I would recommend ******* Construction to anyone that needs any size job done by a group of trained professionals and who appreciates quality of work done like no other.
