When waiting on your order they will make up multiple excuses as to why your item isn’t shipping or available. Owners are EXTREMELY aggressive and **** *** continue to send *********** emails to me calling me names *** * ***** **** *** ********* ********** *** **** *** ******** ** **** ** **** *************. They took payment right away and continued weeks later to say things like “if all goes as planned, you’ll get your item.” *** ***** ****** ******* *** ******* ******* *** ***** I told them before purchasing I *** * ****** ****** *** couldn’t afford to take any changes and needed the item, **** **** ** ** ** **** ** ***** *** *****. Alexa the owner continues to send me scary *** *********** emails. ** *** ** ******** **** ***** ** **** ********

    This is absolutely absurd!! Last communication we had with this customer was March 17 2013! I have all the emails from her! We told her her item would arrive by a certain date she asked would it be in by a certain date we said yes! She then kept ********** *** contacting us EVERYDAY! We were not even given the chance to fulfill her order! She opened a chargeback won and got her money! I have all emails * *** ****** *** ****** ******* we cut all communication with her on March 17 2023. *** ** ****** We have no reason to call her or scare her! If she does not stop we will report her to the authorities for defamation, ***** *** *** *** **** ******* *** **** ************ *** ******* *** **** *** *** ********** We have worked hard for 4.5 years to build what we have built! She **** *** said her credit card company flagged us … never EVER once have we been a flag on a card for anyone! All she had to say was she wanted to cancel her order and we would have done so immediately she ran right to her credit card and did not even give us the chance to do anything! Why would we send emails…3 months later!!! We want nothing to do with her We told her we no longer wanted to do business with her on March 17 2023 and she responded saying that she would go to the police if we wrote any other email. We have never once responded to her!! No one was aggressive to her. We told her she was being dishonest never called her a name! **** ** ********** ****** *** *********g! You can can see emails where we told her everything! If she continues ** *** we will go to the police we have all the proof we require for this! There are no other messages they can check and see!! So I think best she stops before police are involved! If something is not in stock we let the customer know and they have the option to change to another colour , model or refund!! Please have her stop! I have all the emails as proof from very beginning to end!

    AGAIN.. look at how they choose to conduct themselves, the language they use, the extreme aggressive manor. ****** ***************** ***** ******** ** *** *****! If you look at any online complaints they have, all the company responses are the same intense aggressive *** ******** responses. **** ******* ********** **** * ******* ***** **** ** ******* ** ********* **** *** * ********** ******* *** ******** ** ** ********* **** *** ********** ** ***** ******** *** ******. What a headache to deal with.

But nope a constant email and then a chargeback. Then out of nowhere 3 months later this! If you do not feel comfortable ordering from a site then don’t. Don’t order and then constantly message company without allowing them to fulfill their duties! If we were fraud we wouldn’t exist, have a tax number, a business number and be an LTD. No one spends that time and money for fraud they open and close shops like a pop up store!!! We also create custom items….*** ** **** * ***** ********we offer a variety of items…. Honestly .. funny how she says we call her names but yet in her emails and here she is calling us names. ***** * ******* ****** ******… because we stand up for ourselves? Customer gets their money but still going after people … that’s interesting? This is the last response! The evidence keeps mounting up for reports! No further response on our end! Good day
