    I hired PG Aluminum and Siding to replace the aluminum eavestroughs on my property. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been profoundly disappointing and frustrating. From the outset, the installation process seemed rushed, leading to multiple issues. Firstly, the eavestroughs were not installed correctly, resulting in several leaks. Water management around a property is critical, and these leaks could potentially lead to more severe damage if not addressed promptly. Moreover, the finishing work on the eavestroughs was below standard. The caulking was poorly done, which is essential to seal the system against leaks and water ingress. This poor caulking job not only threatens the integrity of the eavestroughs but also detracts from the aesthetic appeal of my home. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, my experience with the customer service has been equally unsatisfactory. I have reached out to the owner repeatedly over the past six months. Each time, I was met with assurances that they would return to fix the problems. However, these promises have not been fulfilled, and no corrective action has been taken. It is disheartening when a company does not stand behind its work, and the lack of accountability shown by the owner of PG Aluminum and Siding has only compounded the issue. As it stands, I am left with a poorly installed product and the prospect of seeking another service provider to correct these mistakes, inevitably at additional cost. I cannot recommend this company to anyone considering similar home improvements. The **** ** ***************, poor work quality, and unfulfilled commitments reflect a service that fails to meet basic customer expectations.

    TOOK DEPOSIT AND DID NOT COMPLETE WORK. Took existing soffit facial eves and downspouts for scrap metal damaged roof left exposed for weeks caused extensive damage due to exposure to elements and flooding. Had to hire another company to repair damages and then do original job at additional cost well over and above what original job would have cost.
