      Adesa has delayed for more than 20 days to contact me with a resolution. We provided their office the necessary details ND documents requested nearly 2 weeks ago and the agents refuse to provide a resolution!!!

      Purchased a vehicle using there online platform (********) on March 30, 2023, Vehicle was dropped off on April 5, found multiple issues with the vehicle which could go over 2000 in repairs, due to the app glitching I filed for arbitration on April 7 (Which was a holiday so I'm still within my arbitration period). They refused to acknowledge the issue and it's been more than an month and I'm stuck with an expensive paperweight. ******** overall offer decent cars, but whenever an arbitration case get filed, they sweep it under the carpet.

      My Father, a whole sale dealer, bought a car for myself his daughter, from Adesa auction on 16/11/2022. The auction has been solely online since the start of the pandemic and uses still pictures to show the car to the dealers. There are also descriptions of any damages to the vehicle listed online. However, even with the disclosure, they still hide all the details of what the full extent and state all the vehicles are in. We bought a 2019 ***** ***** which had a disclosure on the site with a picture for $15,250 + tax and inspection and auction fees. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the rear bumper is a completely different colour from the rest of the body. The upper panel on the rear passenger side has a wavy plastered panel where the body work should’ve been labeled unacceptable. When we approached arbitration to confront them about the non-full disclosure of the vehicle. The arbitrator explained to us the ONLY thing we are able to do, is to re-run the vehicle in the auction again the following week. The lady provided ZERO customer service and made us feel like we have to accept our loss. We couldn’t talk to a single person and she told us to leave her office. ** **** *** ************** *** *********** ** **** * *** ** ***** ** *** ******. So we agreed to re-run the car however, after all the fees have been paid for, we will still lose a lot of money. On top of which, re-running the vehicle will only continue this chain and hurt another consumer. When we explained this to the arbitrator, she said not to worry, the next dealer will be unable to return the vehicle as well. We do not want to run the vehicle, we want our money back.
