    I shared this Review Still that Business is not behaving responsible.
    I went there again, wasted my full day again, They did something & filled the gas again , after 20 days Gas is leak again , What to do.
    I cant waste my whole day all the times

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by LKA Auto Repairs, Brampton, regarding my vehicle's air conditioning system. With my background in HVAC, I am well-versed in proper procedures and standards, and it is clear these were not adhered to in my case.
    Initially, I was advised that an O-ring needed replacement. However, it seems this was a tactic to provide a low initial estimate, only to increase the cost once repairs began by identifying additional, unnecessary defects. I was subsequently informed that a new condenser was required, which led to charges for unwarranted work. The refrigerant gas was improperly charged, no leak detection or vacuum was performed, resulting in a leak within 20 days. When I returned, the gas was again incorrectly charged by a technician who appeared to lack the necessary qualifications and equipment. Despite multiple reminders to Mr. P. (the owner) & *** ******* Mr. N. about the failure to follow standard operating procedures and guidelines for gas charging, no action was taken.
    This situation has caused considerable inconvenience, including lost wages and additional expenses due to your shop's oversight. Furthermore, the receipt provided did not include tax, ***** ****** ******** ***** **** ******** ********** Now, just 40 days later, the cooling is still insufficient, and I fear further attempts to charge for additional defects.
    I request compensation for the unnecessary condenser replacement, reimbursement for my lost wages, and coverage of additional expenses incurred. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.
    I look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution.
