    We had our front cement porch replaced at our home on May 3, 2021. Not long after that we realized there was a crack on the side of the porch work and under one of the steps, the rebar was rusting through the cement. We contacted the company starting September 2nd 2021. They patched up both areas which was done very poorly and now it looks worse than the new patio we had paid for. We contacted them about this terrible fix and finally somebody came out to look at it again and according to the nasty conversation, I was told it's fine and that's how it's done and will look. This man was so **** and his tone wasnt appropriate I ended up closing the door as he was talking over me and wasnt open to listening to me. We contacted the company and told them about this terrible conversation and was told they will have the owner come and have a look at it and have it repaired, but didn't hear anything back. We also told them the porch area has ruined and is all pitted and disintegrating. We were told in our contract under the terms it states to use a certain product in the winter for the first year so that this doesn't happen. Maybe that was partially our fault although that should be reiterated to customers as it is now continuously destroying the patio not just put in terms that nobody reads. We've noticed this year it's worse and we have been using sand, we also have pictures to prove this. We were also told the owner would come and give us options of fixing that part of our patio because it looks awful and we cannot leave it like this. As of December 2022, the patchwork on the step now has a crack coming through, assuming this will get worse. We paid $4000.00 for this work and it looks worse than our original patio. We would like our money back if they are not going to replace it properly. Regards *** ********** ********** ** ************

    John owner of Solocrete, met with *** on February 10th.  It was agreed by both *** and John that Solocrete would do jewel stone on the entrance of ** ******* ****.in Georgetown, in the month of June, 2023.
