      I’m giving one star because I can’t give zero. Like everyone else here Canpar attempted one delivery. I was told I had to pick it up at a pickup location. The closest one is in another city, a 25 minute drive! In order to get them to attempt redelivery I had to pay $10! This is obviously how they make most of their money. **** * ****. I will be telling the company I ordered from if they continue to use Canpar I will not buy from them again.

      Mot dependable. Awful service. Does not respect communicated information, would rather you retrieve the parcel at depit…at great expense.

      * **** * ***** **** **** **** ****** I am desperately waiting for a part that was to be delivered and it was supposed to be here today. I took the day off so I could receive it and worked from home. I get a notice they couldn’t find me but they never even buzzed or called me. The buzzer number was right on the address and I was waiting by the phone for it. It also said it tried to deliver it in the wrong city. Absolutely ridiculous cause now I don’t even know if I’ll get it tomorrow since it’s 4pm and they are all closed and you can’t reach anyone at this terrible place. Just look at the reviews on this site. **** ***** ****** ** ************* *** ******* ** ****** *** *** ****** ** *** ****** They have no email contact address. If you try and email the address that your tracking number came on it bounces back to you saying you don’t have permission to send it. If you try and call this number it says to enter an extension number and if you don’t have it then dial zero or wait on the line. If you do any of the latter 2 then it just loops back to the same message so you can’t actually reach anyone. I can’t tell you how livid I am at this place. No one and no business should ever use them. They know they are terrible so they make it difficult for you to reach them apparently too. It’s like every other review here. This place needs to be out of business. **** * ******** *****. Not even a note to say they tried to deliver and since it says they were in the wrong city still I hardly doubt they even attempted, Too many bad reviews for this to be a one off. **** ***** ***** ** ** **** **** ************

      ** * ***** ***** * **** * *****. This is consistently the worst courier I have ever encountered. Lost packages, mis sorted packages, you name it. I am a business owner who has inventory shipped regularly. I avoid all suppliers that use canpar and have had nothing but problems when they are involved.

      We're never using this company again. On Monday we made a booking for a pickup with Canpar. We waited at home all day Tuesday, no show, no call. We waited at home all day Wednesday, no show, no call. On Thursday we navigated their terrible customer service (no phone number or even email, just a chatbot that can eventually connect you to an "agent"). They tell us that somehow the booking did not go through properly and that it is all sorted out now, and the pickup will definitely happen on Friday. Wait all day Friday, no show, no call. Now it's a holiday long weekend. First thing Tuesday morning we navigate the terrible customer service again to make sure that our packages for our business, which are already a week behind schedule at this point, will be picked up. The customer service rep tells us that it looks like our pickup has been cancelled for the day. We tell them, absolutely not, it needs to be picked up. They tell us, of course, we will definitely get it picked up today. We tell them to please send us an email with the details of how and why the pickup was cancelled, because we certainly didn't do it. Of course, they tell us. We waited all day Tuesday.       Package was supposed to arrive yesterday, they dropped it on my porch with out a signature today and only delivered 1 of the 2 boxes. **** ******* ** * *****

      ****** ** **************** * I am about to take legal action against CANPAR if they don't deliver my packages soon. They are sitting in a warehouse in Bracebrdge and I have no idea when they will deliver to my destination of Wilberforce ON. They are hard communicate with and impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. I have provided them with all the information they need and still aren't delivering my goods. ** *** ** * ** ********* **** ** ***** ** ***** ***** I paid the money for delivery and they are coming through with their part of the deal. ***** **** **** **** *****

      Terrible customer service and they have NEVER knocked or rung the doorbell. They also only "attempt" one delivery then you have to go to them. Unreliable and poor customer service is a terrible combination.
