    Does not publish location because they are not in the USA. ******* ** *** ********* ********** you'll be charged a foreign service fee as this company charges from Canada without ever telling you or posting any statement visibly in there site.

    Good afternoon and thank you for the opportunity to respond to this concern. As we indicated to the client on Sept. 21st, the service fee is from his credit card company and/or bank. There doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason as to why this happens, on the rare occasion. The statement suggesting that everyone will be charged is inaccurate. We have been operating in the US for over 20 years and this is perhaps the second or third time we have been made aware of this service fee. Please note that we are not charging a foreign service fee and it is not an automatic charge that will happen to every transaction. Please also note that we do publish our address on three pages on our site; Our Shipping & Returns page, Our About Us page and on Our Guarantee page. Thank you.
