      My wife and I hired Volkan to install interlock and a fence extension in our backyard. He came to our house for measurements mid March/2022 and said the job would be completed by the end of April/2022. He asked for a deposit, later on asked for more money for the fence. The total deposit was $6,100. I called him several times and he would always give excuses saying he is very busy and that he is coming "tomorrow" but he never showed up. He did this at least 10 times and never called us to say anything. Just did not showed up. By the beginning of July/2022, we realized we *** ******* and asked Volkan to please refund our deposit. Again the same conversation "I am sending your money tomorrow". We have all the etransfer records. Volkan works with two business accounts. Laysanview Contracting and **** *****.
