    Friday October 7, 2022 Paid to them $5,000 The committed to Power-Wash Driveway Lift and re-level Patio stones Laying new Stone Dust and Base Material (Limestone I believe) Applying Polymeric Sand and Sealer Fixing Steps and Walkways Fixing Stone Posts and Stone Walls of Patio Remove all Rubbish from Site Supply and Lay Extended Warranty 5 Years They came to my door with a flyer and provided me a quote and what they intended to fix. ** *** *** *** **** *** ******** stones are missing from my staircase, stones and walls and posts are still unlevel in the walkway and patio, he used regular sand which is already coming out of the cracks instead of Polymeric and didn't put the sealing agent on it. The stones he did level are already moving again as I'm sure the base he laid wasn't proper. He ruined the bottom of my hot tub with the power washer and it now needs to be sanded and repainted and sealed. ****** **** **** * **** ******* ** **** I spoke with the Owner and he said he would have someone come out to fix it as I do not want Andrew coming back as his workmanship is not acceptable and he was ********* me for payment on ************ weekend when he did not complete the job ******* ***** * ******** ** *** * ** ****** *** ** ***** *****. The Owner said he would fix is at no cost and is now ignoring my calls. I would like my $5,000 back and hire a ****** company to repair his mistakes. If this is not possible I would like the company to fix it properly *** **** *** **********. I would prefer my money back ** **** * ******* *** ** **********
