    I am sharing my experience with Cartier Kitchens and Bath ** **** ********* ********** ***** **** ******* ** *** ****** My recent kitchen installation was an absolute nightmare, with standards far below what any ********* business should uphold.
    The job was left incomplete despite clear agreements on timelines, with poor workmanship that fails even the most basic ************ standards. This has delayed my project significantly, causing enormous stress and frustration.
    ****** ****** ** ******* the customer service was appalling. After countless attempts to seek assistance, I encountered nothing but dismissive and unresponsive attitudes, specifically from Paul S. Installation & Service Manager. This level of ***************** *** disregard for customer concerns is shocking.
    Due to these issues, I have reported Cartier Kitchens and Bath to *** ****** ******** ****** *** Canada’s Consumer Protection Services. * ******** ****** ****** *********** **** ******* ** ******* ***** ******* ** *** *** ******** ** ******* *** ******** ************ ** ******* *** ********

    We contracted with Cartier Kitchens 494 Veteran's Ln in Barrie and what a nightmare. I won't bore you with details however, ** ******* ** *** ****** *** **** *** they are evidence of a Grade 6 wood work shop and when I say that, I applaud the students for putting their best effort forward knowing we will see future improvement should they decide to pursue that field. For a professional business it is evidence of much more severe issues
    For the record, the Manager of the Barrie location, Doug S., was advised on Sept. 26 they had until today to put a mutually satisfiable remedy in place by today. That advice was copied to the Head Office and Alex S., Sales Rep. I actually visited Alex today at approximately 1:05 PM and reviewed the matter when he asked for a few days; this after he wrote he would "Rectify this when I get back to work this week." I was very clear in telling him to review his email and respond today.
    Well the day came and went and they don't want to address my concerns at this level, so we just raise the bar ie, "Take whatever steps as may be deemed necessary." to get the job done. Two bathrooms down and they are still in possession of one cabinet and two out of square trim frames. This is about as unprofessional as I've ever come across.
