    I bought a vehicle from this dealership, and just a few days after I purchased the vehicle I noticed the vehicle’s engine was pitted in rust under the block and the block itself.

    I immediately documented it and attempted to call, email, leave voice mails for nearly 8 business days. I finally had enough of being ignored and while I was still within my 15 days to cancel the contract, I went into the dealership demanding to know why they where ignoring me.

    Christian and the service manager Dan, attempted to tell me that it’s normal for a brand new truck to have rust, and that all trucks rust no matter where you go. **** * ** **** 

    THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO RETURN THE TRUCK EVEN THO I HAD A RIGHT WITHOUT REASON.

    THEY **** TO ME AND TOLD ME IT WAS NORMAL SURFACE RUST SO THEY WILL NOT BE RETURNING MY MONEY OR SWITCHING MY TRUCK.

    AS EXPERTS THEY **** AND ASSURED ME ON CAMERA THAT ITS NORMAL AND NO ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS WOULD COME OUT OF IT.

    NOW MY TRUCK IS HAVING MAJOR ENGINE PROBLEMS. THE STARTER BLEW MOTOR AND WAS REPLACED, NOW MY EXAUST MANIFOLD MUST BE REPLACED, AS WELL AS MY EXAUST SYSTEM AND CATALYTIC CONVERTERS DUE TO CORROSION HOLES AND FAILING HARDWARE.

    THEY WANNA CHARGE ME $9,000.00 TO REPAIR. THE EXAUST MANIFOLD IS UNDER WARRANTY. *** ***** ********** ****** **** ******* * ****** 
    THEY SOLD ME A FLOOD TRUCK AND ATTEMPTED TO *** AND COMPLETELY FALSELY REPRESENTED MY TRUCK, **** TO MY FACE ON CAMERA AS EXPERTS TELLING ME NO PROBLEMS WOULD ARISE, AND MY CLAIM WAS NOT VALID AND THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY.
