    so far it has been an awful experience. after placing my order they would give me only vague/veiled information about my tracking my order. After a month of waiting they randomly refunded my order and said it was because of my card (mind you it had already been paid for and removed from my account) and said they would refund.after checking my bank i saw the refund was pending but the next day it had disapeared. After contacting my bank they said that better1 had canceled my refund. any attempt at contacting them has fallen on deaf ears.

    On Aug 3rd, this order was placed with Better1 for the advertised item with a 14-to-21-day
    delivery timeframe posted on the website.
    Better1 received your inquiry about the ETA the next day. On Aug 5th Better1 informed you that
    the item had a longer timeframe for delivery, as per our supplier.  You followed up again as to
    the status and Better1 provided the best estimate we could based on the information received
    from our supplier.  During this period, Better1 received a report from our credit card processor
    flagging this transaction as a risk, based on this information on Aug 23rd, Better1 refunded the
    order in full back to the credit card used.
    Better1 updated you as to the reason for the refund/cancellation on Aug 23rd, and on Aug
    24th, Better1 provided a final update regarding this transaction that was canceled and
    refunded. Once a refund has been issued, the credit card company will not accept any
    cancellation or further activity to this credit card if requested by Better1. 
    Per our credit card processor, this refund was processed successfully, and any further inquiry
    should be from you to your bank. This information was shared with you to contact your bank.

    Your response is almost three months late and still doesn't explain anything. It is blaming my card for which has no problem(I bought the product elsewhere). I noticed immediately after refunding me the item went up in cost a few hundred dollars. Your practice of business is still suspect
