    My daughter placed an order with Brampton’s Main Opticians in November 2022. She was told at the time that the frame she wanted wasn’t available, however other options were available. Not being happy with the options of bright red frames, she provided the sales person with a vendor who carried the preferred option. The sales person stated that they would place the order although it wasn’t their regular vendor.

    My daughter repeatedly attempted to contact Brampton’s Main Opticians repeatedly during December to find out the status of her glasses to no avail. I sat with her as she called repeatedly, left messages and no one called her back. My daughter launched an inquiry with *******, as payment was processed through my benefits.

    Brampton’s Main Opticians **** *** advised the insurance representative that they had spoken to my daughter several times. Just after the holidays in January 2023, frustrated with the lack of service and communication, I contracted the office from a private number and my call was answered immediately. I was told ******* **** about the ‘attempts’ to contact my daughter via phone and email. We even obtained her phone records to verify that no incoming calls were placed to her number from Brampton’s Main Opticians in the month of December.

    In early January, the salesperson assured me that she was going to place a trace on the ordered frames and update me. She called me once to essentially tell me that she had no update. I asked her to utilize the tracking on the order to locate the frames, she assured me that she would and circle back with me. I’ve heard nothing and now calls from my number are not being answered and we’re out the $500+ in glasses benefits. ** ******** **** ****** ** *** ***** * ** *** ********* **** **** ***** * **** **********
