    I highly recommend Sunny. He is an experienced agent who is very responsive and goes the extra mile for his clients. Sunny helped me to rent out a residential property in Brampton in 2024 and he told me exactly what to expect. He helped us to screen potential tenants and he even saved us from disaster. We were going to rent our property to a certain family until Sunny discovered that they had a history of not paying rent and had court orders against them. ** ****** **** ***** *** * *** ****** **** **** ******** ** *** **** ******* **** *** **** ******** *** ******** ** *** ***** Yikes! Sunny could have easily just recommended the first application that came in to earn his commission and go on his way, but he cared about ensuring we properly screened clients. He showed that he puts his clients’ interests first. I really appreciate his commitment and professionalism. I plan to work with Sunny again in the future.
