    I am disappointed with the ************** and unreliable behavior exhibited by the company. Despite informing Print1 about my canopy order for a business event in three weeks,emphasizing that it must be delivered before June 29th due to advertised pop-up events resulting in significant business gain,I was let down without any refund of my deposit.Repeated explanations had to be given throughout different members from Print1 which compounded frustration.Although grateful for receiving last minute free banner delivery at 2 A.M with my company logo, negligent oversights such as not providing an appropriate stand or poster roll tube caused creasing damage towards the delicate wet ink rendering banners unusable during setup despite me calling various vendors last minute,day of the event unsuccessfully,Trying out solutions including enlisting help from family members who ran into some issues along way while attempting improvise.As deadlines approached expenses incurred continuously escalated too however no support followed over-and-above their initial offer making set up even more stressful on top emotional distress weighing heavily overall outcome ** **** ***** ****** **** leaving behind only disappointment fueled reactiveness instead resolving inherent ************ root-causes ultimately awakening resolve never again spending money with this company.

    The immediate service with the unauthorized staff was great. I happen to receive horrible service from the supervisor. The owner was called to resolve the cancelled print order. During the conversation, my cancellation wasn’t respected or honoured instead I was greeted with more relational building in order to coerce me into continuing with the purchase.
    The owner later agreed to returning the full payment received, and to honour her immediate guaranteed e-transfer. I’ve yet receive it.
