    **** ******** *** ***** **** ***** ******** ** *** * ******* ******** **** ****** ****** ***** They are very dishonest and do this purposely in order for to pay more than the monthly charge. when you send your payment they will tell that they did not receive it just so that the account accumulate a daily interest rate at 5%, and dear not make your payment without sending a extra $2 payment if you use e-transfer because they will also denied the pay that you sent and tell you that they did not receive your payment and that's where your interest rate start or change the email address that they sent you to make e-transfer payment. this is what's been happening to me every month. They never answer a phone call and they don't return calls either; you have to make a call to the 1-800 number and leave a message with someone to send a email notifying them that you are trying to get a hold of some at this location, when they do call back it days after when more interest accurse, this is what they do every month.
