      Do not live up to their advertised web page. Satisfaction guaranteed. NO! 24 HR service. NO! Senior 10% discount. NO. Not offered. Had them replace a backlight on our tv, and they left the tv, with backlight bleed. And the sound system is now inaudible and muffled. Declared the sound issue was do to age. TV is 6 yrs old, and sound was working fine when they took it to be fixed. Offered $100, or a sound bar. Did not accept. Also advertise that they service Canada. NO. Only in greater GTA area. ***** *************
