    In May 2024, I hired this company to clean up a flood in my basement. Notably, they removed items from my residence without my consent. Subsequently, they informed me that they would return in September to complete the work due to an unprecedented number of floods in the area. However, in October 2024, I contacted my project manager, who disclosed that they were not going to return and complete the work because I had reported their negligence to the managers above them. My insurance company corroborated this information, stating that Paul Davies had advised them in June 2024 that they were no longer interested in undertaking the work. The primary reason for their disinterest was my complaint to the company’s upper management regarding the unauthorized removal of items from my residence and their subsequent placement of leaving items in my garage without my consent or my presence. * ******** ****** ******* ******** **** **** ******* *** ***** ******* ****** ******* ***** ***** *********
