    ** *** ** **** ******** ** *** ****** ** ********* *** **** **** ** **** * ********* regarding ********** activities by Canadian Grizzly Renovation Inc. the owner, Rachid, (also known as Richard)
I strongly believe that Richard, ** ************* **** * ******** ******* **** *** ******** ******* *** *** *** ********* approaches people with no money, offering to get them a loan for building a house or renovations. After intercepting the customer's mortgage loan, Richard pretends to start the work with all false representations.
    Richard focused solely on ********* **** **** *** ********* money.
"The summary of the ********** and unfair contract with Canadian Grizzly is as follows:"
    1. **Initial ***********: Richard promised to start construction soon, ********** ********* ** since he took $ 90,000 from me on last Aug 3,2023
    2. **Demand for Extra Payments**: Despite a fixed-cost contract, he demanded additional payments for various reasons, falsely claiming the permits were issued and work would begin.
    3. **Unpaid Initial Costs**: Even after taking $250,000 from me, he didn't pay the initial $1,500 survey fee, which I found out when the survey company contacted me directly.
    4. **False Promises**: Upon returning to Canada in February, he claimed the permit was issued and construction would start, asking for more money. However, Michael, the engineer, revealed they haven't even applied for the permits yet.
    5. **Extended Delays**: Michael indicated it would take at least 8 more months to get all necessary permits before construction could begin.
    ** ********** *******: Richard's actions have been ******** *********** ** ** ******** ***** ******* **** without any intention or capability to start the promised construction.

    1) In June, 2023:
The Contractor (Richard) introduced himself to provide the home improvement loan with an interest rate ( 7-9%) for us to get our basement renovated.

    2) June 24, 2023:
The Contractor sent us the quotation of $ 99,000.

    3) June 26-27, 2023:
His friend, James P. sent emails to ask for some documents and our information.
He sent us the Credit Application Form on June 26, 2023 –NOT a Home Improvement Loan Application Form. I thought the Credit Application James sent was the first step for the loan application. Since then we never applied the Home Improvement Loan Application with our signatures.
However, a few days later, ********* company that I never heard of and had never been introduced to before by James P. called me and said that we approved $ 60,000 for the loan. It was very surprised me such an unusually quick process because we tried to some loans to ****** * ** banks but it was denied a few months ago.

    4) June 29-July 1, 2023:
So I called the Contractor about $ 60,000. But he said that that was not enough for the renovation and he would handle it to get more around $ 100,000. And a few days later on July 1, 2023, we got the email with the loan agreement for $ 99,000 from ********* ****** Inc. without asking for any update on our documents. * **** ** * ********
    5) July 3, 2023:
2 Days later, ********* released the funds that were the entire amount of our contract $ 99,000 to Canadian Grizzly Renovation before it started the renovation.

    6) Aug 22, 2023:
The Contractor promised to finish by Thanksgiving Day.

    7) Nov 23, 2023:
The Contractor left Canada and has stayed in ******* without finishing our basement.

    8) Dec 7, 2023:
I sent an email to the Contractor, Richard, to ask for a timeline for our basement. No answer.
