    I contracted Brantford Weed Man to treat our lawn for clover in Aug./23
    Two applications were made in ideal weather conditions.
    By mid Sept. there was more clover than ever in the lawn.
    I contacted the company explaining to them that the treatments were unsatisfactory and requested a refund of the $89.00 I had already paid. My initial request over the phone was denied. I followed up with an email to management explaining the situation but once again was denied a refund.
    Very disappointed.

    I appreciate you taking the time to let us know of the trouble you were having with the clover. While clover is often a stubborn weed to treat in Ontario we do have the ability to help control it and usually can within the course of a lawn care season. In lawns that have this weed, we often increase the frequency of the treatment. In your case, since it was getting late in the season I had made recommendations and had advised in writing to reassess the clover next season. You ordered one treatment which was not what I had recommended. Treatment was ordered August 2nd and a treatment was done August 4th. A no charge follow up was done August 16th. There were no other treatments requested. If you would like, I would be more than happy to meet with you next spring and determine a plan to help get this particular weed under control for you.
