      ** *** *** **** ***** ******* Their so-called customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced ** ** ****** I've been trying to get through for almost 2 weeks now about a replacement for an item still under warranty, but no matter what time of day I call, the same thing happens: 1) you get through to the cue, and after 10 minutes of listening to a robot tell you how important your call is, it then tells you sorry...we're TOO busy to talk to you...call back later...and it disconnects... OR...2) you get that message right away! And email responses do NOT get returned in 24hrs as they claim! ** **** *** *** ** *** * *********** ********** ****** *** ******* **** **** **** ******** ***********

      We received an email on 05-14-25 at 11:03am and we responded on 05-14-25 at 1:33pm. We requested a copy of receipt and all contact information and all information we require to process an order to send a replacement coffee maker. We also received a call that was successfully connected on 05-14-25 to a customer service representative. The customer mentioned in the email we received that they were able to reach us by phone. We processed an order to send a replacement coffee maker 05-15-25 and notified the customer by email. We provided *** tracking informaton and stated that the replacement coffee maker will be delivered on 05-29-25 by 7pm. We sincerely apologize for any delays and inconvenience. We did not receive a response or acknowledgment on our last messge sent on 05-23-25 at 1:02pm

      To Whomever: the phone calling I referred to in my previous comment started on May 1st...2 weeks before I was able to get a live person; I know this because I've always made it a habit to document day & time I call any vendor when I have an issue for just this reason...when a company tries to get out of taking responsibility for their problems! I finally...on 5/14...was forced to send an email, and gave it one more try at a phone call...and FINALLY got someone, only to be met with ********!
      I asked to speak to a supervisor...and only then did the process of me getting my issue resolved start.
