    I am very disappointed with there lack of customer service. Their products are great but when you don't receive your order and they don't reply to emails or messenger it is very frustrating. I ordered Nov 18 and got a confirmation email and that was the last I heard from them. I have emailed 2 times and tried to call but the mailbox was full. Others with same problem?. I then sent a message through messenger and still no reply. So now I am out almost $90. and it won't be here for Christmas and I was counting on it for gifts. I am so frustrated I will never buy their products again.
