    This company has more online complaints than any other propane supplier. They seem to have more excuses also that over the years range from propane shortages. Broken trucks and now being taken over by ******. Time to find another supplier.

    Terrible customer service and delivery. Had a tank on *********** property for years. Was told several years ago I had to install barriers in front of the tank which I did. Noticed other propane users from other companies on our road did not have to do this. Got tired of paying $200 tank rental fee every year for a 500L tank we only filled every 3 years or so. Called them to say I wanted to cancel and they told me I would have to pay a $150 tank pick up fee to which I said Ill drop the tank in their yard myself. Got a call back and they said theyd pick up the tank and credit any propane in it. Thought that would be the end of it. Went back after they had removed the tank and my neighbours on both sides were upset. They had left ruts in my neighbours lawn and one of the employees took a dump at the back of our property and wiped his **** with lunch napkins from their truck.You cant make this up.Do not deal with this company.
