I know Shelley for almost 10 years now. I've been purchasing travel insurance from her.She's great to deal with.She's honest, responds to you right away and gives you options.I've referred Shelley to my friends as well.

We have used Shelley Bertram for several years for our travel insurance. My husband has numerous health issues and Shelley has always been extremely helpful to ensure that we feel comfortable traveling. When we have been away she has always been available to answer our questions and any concerns. We have referred her to several friends and they have all been extremely satisfied. To Whom It May Concern;Bertram Insurance has been our Agent for Trave Insurance for at least 12 years and the reason is ****************** Bertram-******.Many years ago when we travelled within and outside of ****** we would obtain travel insurance believing that we may need coverage but not thinking that it was a "big deal" and our Agents that we had were good.We relocated to the Peterborough area and were planning a trip to a foreign country, we spotted a "travelling bulletin board" for Bertram Insurance. That was when we had an opportunity to meet ****************** Bertram-******.We have continued to have ******* as our Travel Insurance Agent since before 2011. Our reason for this long association with Bertram Insurance is ******* Bertram-****** as a result of her honesty, dedication and the thoroughness that she takes to ensure that we complete all the documentation accurately in every detail. An error at the contractual development stage could prove to be a disaster at the point of a claim.Our claim experience and we have had a few. Nobody expects to have a "claim" but it happens. A slip & a fall, a broken shoulder. As one gets older, our bodies change therefore, we may suddenly need Medical assistance. An error because we "forgot", thought that it was not "important" could be a disaster for a claim.********* due diligence to detail goes above and beyond.
