    I have bought the ********* ****** crib from the business on 18th Nov 2023 with a commit that the crib will arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. We agreed on placing this order as my wife’s due date was 17th Jan 2024. After many follow up calls in the beginning of Jan, we received false promises from the business that crib is in the transit from supplier but we never received it. We called up the business talked to ***** the manager one more time on 16th requesting her to arrange us a replacement crib in the meantime or provide a bassinet or compensate for a bassinet that we buy for the cheapest option available. They offered nothing but 10% discount on the product which I did not take as I should not be paying for anything except getting something as a bridge until the crib comes. On 16th manager ***** claimed that the crib is in the transit but even after multiple followups they are saying that they can not track the shipment and it should have arrived tuesday but still it’s not here. * ***** ******* *** ** ********* **** *** help me get the crib for my baby the soonest possible, ** ** ******* **** *********** **** ***** ** *** ***** *** *** **** * **** ***. The business does not respond responsibly here. I need my crib that was promised to me on 18th Nov from the business
