      Very bad experience with greyhound!!
      Very confusing with the pickup location! We booked a return trip from Ottawa to Toronto. On the bus ticket, the pickup location is ** ***** Street, however when we check the pickup location online, it is not the same pickup location as appeared on the ticket. I called customer service, they assured me it’s the location that appears on my ticket, but there’s a delayed on the bus. So we waited at the location for more than 1.5 hrs, and still no bus. Called customer service again, and they said the bus had left. We had to book viva train to go back to Toronto and greyhound refused for a refund. It’s very frustrating.

      I’m seeking a refund back to my credit card. I purchase a round trip ticket of $338 from Toronto to Buffalo, Newyork and 3days after, my schedule changed and I tried to cancel my ticket as my appointed time of travel is one month away (23rd December 2023)
      I submitted the booking cancellation and got an email stating my refund is half amount of $179 and it would be issued as a voucher and the voucher last till December 2024.
      I don’t intend to travel with greyhound next year.
      And I was requesting the half amount greyhound is ready to issue to be sent back as a cash refund to my credit card that was billed.

      I made a mistake and bought some bus tickets online. I call them and chat with them online within less than 4 minutes after clicking.
      - They did not accept to provide a full refund.
      - They only give you an unuseful voucher (not stated during booking)
      - I wanted to cancel my trip. I had to pay a cancellation fee of $60. It represents 70% of the price of my tickets. It is ridiculous that I have to pay/deduct %70 of the original price because I want to cancel or change the date 3 days before departure.
      - Worse customer service I received to date chat and over the phone cannot do anything to help. You have to send an email?!? and not positive outcomes.
