    **** ** *** ***** *** ******* * **** **** **** ****** when my daughter started school no one from the company called to let me know the bus was sent in the morning. so I was bringing her to school wasting money on ***** thinking they didn't find a bus yet I asked the teacher and basically every other parent was called but I wasn't Informed. *** ******** **** ******* I had to call around to find out they did have a bus to pick up my kid. But I had to find out from a different company ******* ********. I called the Switzer company after for a girl to pick up the phone have a conversation with someone else while I was talking to her then asking me to repeat everything I said ******* ** I went super early waited for the bus the next day waited 20 mins in the cold with a special needs child they never showed up. I called the company only for them to accuse me of ***** and saying the bus driver showed up when he never did. Hopefully I can get my bus company switched.i've never dealt with such ************ **** people before ** *** ***** **** ***** **** *** **** * *** **** ** ***** **** ***** **** ******* ** ***** ******* ***** ***** ****** **** **** ****** ** ***
