    I have been with Crisco Hampers since it opened up, I had to stop for a period of time due to finances and moving expenses etc. I started up again with them and found they had changed their name and a new owner had taken over. I loved receiving my Christmas hampers each year, they always had a Christmas card in it signed by the entire staff and a small toy, cheap but cute which was always a winner in my house with my little girl. Now Crisco is just a company who delivers food once a year with no invoice of what is inside the boxes to double check anymore so keep the books and the statement of what you ordered to double check. There is no personalization anymore. Strict policies are now in place to protect them and for the most part I do understand that but there was a time you make an order and if a package was missing or damaged they sent you a new one with no questions asked and now there are a ton of questions and you better know how to send them a picture however if it's missing oh well. I miss the lady that use to run this company, she had the proper idea and it should of been followed through. I still order from time to time, I do enjoy talking to them on the phone, staff is always friendly and giggle with me. Prices are way up since it started so I can't do it as much anymore. This use to be great for those who were on budgets, but now not so much. The food is good, I've never had an issue resolving payments but the joy in the company is clearly gone and whoever thought no freezer trucks was a good thing? ice cream people, need those cold trucks, I don't care for melted ice cream or popsicles that are falling apart. Due to inflation costs meat isn't worth buying, lasts maybe a week in my house. Breakfast hampers (cereals) great, lasts me almost a year. at least breakfast is taken care of.
