    We've lived at our current residence about 2.5 years & have had an astronomical amount of our power surges / shutdowns in our neighborhood. By far the most we've experienced than anywhere else. Let me put it to you this way, we've had more power issues at our current residence than in our last residence of 10 years.
    The first few times we thought it was a bit odd but didn't think much of it. Then it just kept happening more & more (summers are the worst cause your boiling & your foods getting spoiled in the fridge & freezer). And in Winter it's exceptionally cold obviously - amongst other issues no power can cause.
    So this last time I called them & was polite in reporting the issue, ***** **** **** * **** ** * ********* ********* ******** *** *** ***** ****** ** ***** ****** ****** *******. Their ETR said for the power to be resolved by 8:30PM....
    * ********* ** ****** **** ******* *** ******* **** ******* ***** *** **** ****** * ****** ********* *** **** ** **** this has happened far too many times, **** *** *** **** ** ****** **** ******* ** *** ** ***** *** ** *********
    One person said 8:30PM has come & gone, and if their going to give us a new estimate (no answer), * ******* ** ****** ********* Anyways, more time went by so I commented with "It's 10:10pm now, "any updates" please"??? Again, no answer.
    The power eventually came on but some days later I find out that they blocked me on *? I can't recall ever being blocked on * let alone from Burlington Hydro? * ******* * ****** **** **** **** ***** ******** ************ *** ****** ** *********
    If I'm not allowed to complain about a Power Outage (that's somewhat out of control to begin with), then what kind of place is this. **** ******* *** ** * ****** * ****** * *** ***** ** ** ** ******* **** ** ****** ****** *** **** **** ** *** ****** ****** ****** ****** ******* ****** ***** ***** *******.
    Anyways this entire experience with them has been oddly strange & uncanny.
    That's all. Kind regards!
