    We had a very good experience with Marcon when we put a small addition on our kitchen a few years ago. Based on that we went back to them for a much larger main floor renovation of our house. We were very satisfied with the work both from Marvin’s team and from the subs that handled certain potions of the job. The job took much longer than anticipated (courtesy of COVID, supply chain issues and trades availability) but I’m sure that will be less of an issue for current projects.
    The communication and responsiveness of Marcon’s team was very good. I was especially pleased with the construction team who tidied up the job site at the end of each day. All the workers on the site were very personable and professional. Modifications to the original plan were taken in stride. While not the cheapest contractor we really felt we got value fir money. Marcon has a very solid and long term relationship with their subs and this had a positive impact on the quality of the work and the follow up on outstanding issues. In particular - the design and installation of cabinetry from Interior Works was very good. They were particularly good at design changes and alterations to the plan. The flooring with Bert Viz, very helpful and cooperative in selection and pricing with very professional installers. The electrician (Nick) was first rate and very helpful in resolving last minute issues and the final completion work.
    We were very pleased with the final result and I have no hesitation in recommending Marcon to anyone who wants quality work.
