    I placed an order with Printing Peach, from whom I've ordered before, on June 17 that arrived July 5, 2022 ********. I was informed on June 22, 2022 that they had made a mistake with their pricing on the website but would honour the price. It should be noted that I had seen this pricing on their website previously. When the shipment arrived, I opened each box and the prints looked fine. I had another box of ******* ****** prints from before and didn't start putting the ones from Printing Peach into sleeves until all the rest had sold, in Jan. 2023. This is when I discovered that the couple prints on top were fine, but then every second print was smudged, some more severely than others. I'm not able to sell at least 250 prints out of the box of 500 prints. I immediately contacted Printing Peach (Jan. 4, 2023) to try and receive a replacement for the 250 prints. I sent photos and told them I could send a video as proof. They asked for a video. They noted the time that had elapsed since my order. They failed to do their job of quality control and I was unaware that I should be checking each and every print in the box for defects, when the ones on top were fine.
