      Excellent service and prices. The item I purchased was $30, ****** wanted $55 for the same item. I got free shipping because I ordered additional items to meet the $49 threshhold, but even if I hadn't done so, the shipping was only an additional $12 so still would've been much cheaper.
      The items were well packaged in a box a nd arrived within 4 business days of placing my order. Would highly recommend them as their website is easy to use, their prices are great and the order can be tracked. Because they use *****, you can check the box to receive the tracking emails so that you know where your package is in transit.

      I purchased a Christmas gift for my daughter on Dec 6 and even though my package qualified for free shipping I paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping so I’d receive it on Dec 13 because we are leaving on Dec 16. ***** tracking shows a label created and they are awaiting receipt of the package. It is Dec 14 today and looks like there is no way the item will arrive on time before we leave. Not only they wasted my $84 but they ****** me of the opportunity to actually purchase this item elsewhere and ruined ** ********** Christmas. I never received a response to the two emails I sent to their customer service. **** **** **** **** ************ **********

      I found this shop online when I was searching for a boy ******* doll, and they were out of stock at all my local toy stores. I was desperately trying to avoid buying from everyone's favourite internet retail overlord. Not only did JR Toy Company have the doll in stock, it was also less expensive! It arrived in BC within 3 days of placing my order. This has since become my go-to toy store, as they have a fantastic selection, they always have the best prices, and my orders arrive within 2-5 days. I love being able to support a good Canadian company.

      I ordered a special **** set for a Christmas gift - being in BC I wasn't sure if it would arrive on time. I called and spoke to someone, who was super friendly and helpful - they flagged and shipped my order as soon as I made it so that it would arrive on time! I will shop with them again for sure - thank you for the excellent service at a busy, last minute shopping time of year!

      I am writing regarding my experience with JR Toy Company. Check-out on-line was quick and easy. There were some defective items in my order so I contacted JR Toy Company. Kathie W, the Customer Service Supervisor, responded quickly to my emails and left several voice mails to provide updates. I feel that Kathie went above and beyond to address my concerns and JR Toy company did everything within their power to provide a satisfactory outcome. They stand behind the products they carry and it is very evident that they value their customers. You can shop with confidence at JR Toy Company.
