    On December 7th, 2023 the owner/ representative of said business gave a quote and accepted a $500 cheque from my 87 year old mother for a deposit on removing and installing a new deck. As of this date, ( Sept. 25, 2024.) he has failed to even show up. Several phone calls to his business answering machine were made through August and up to September 12, 2024 with no reply back. On September 12, 2024 at 6:40 pm, on behalf of my mother, I tried to contact said person and left a message stating that I as going to file a civil suit against him as well as put out on social media that he was a potential scammer. Surprisingly, shortly after he texted me back apologizing stating he had been dealing with family health issues including his own. He stated that he was back to work and that his crew were just finishing a job and that they would probably start work on my mothers deck by September 19, 2024. As of writing this, September *******, he has not shown up or contacted my mother nor I. I have the original quote, text message, dates and notes.

    This landscaping company provided false references, took payment, and has not honoured our agreement for landscaping work. There is no reasonable timeline for completion of work. The owner has stopped responding to my multiple attempts at resolving the issue.

    Greenstone landscaping and design agreed to perform multiple landscaping projects on my property. I paid them 109000 dollars. They have provided me with less than 35% of the work, and have no longer responded to my multiple emails to follow-up. They have made no reasonable efforts to rectify the paid, incomplete work.
