    ***** ******* *** *** **** ******* * **** ********* ** ** **** ******* My first call went well. They arranged to send an technician to take a look .
    Very nice man .. looked at my brand new machine and said what he think needed to be repaired. And ordered the parts required.
    Said could take 2 weeks for the part to come in.
    After 4 weeks I called to check the status on the parts ? No answer and no one returned my phone call .
    Couple more weeks and nothing still . I call again no answer left another message asking if the parts and came in. And when someone could install them
    Again no call back nothing.
    After back and forth with ***** about 2 months . They finally tell me. Nimbly repaired my machine . "No it absolutely was not. And they will not return my call or answer my phone calls.
    I call nimbly again to ask what is going on no answer again.
    I called from a different number .. and they picked up .
    I kindly asked what is going on. I been without a machine for months and it's a mistake on your end. I was told the machine was repaired. "How could that be parts were ordered and no one came back or bothered to phone. "
    Well the parts would have been already on the truck . "I don't understand how as we didn't know what parts were even needed for the machine prior to the technician visit. ".
    And why did no one bother to return my calls . I am without a machine for months. Mistake was on your end Could someone help.
    I was told to talk to *****.
    We have multiple times via emails , phone calls .. they said you submitted that the work was completed.
    I was told the owner would look into it.
    no phone call back.
    Not only did they NOT REPAIR machine. No explanation. They told ***** they repaired it, left me with no machine , no explanation or apology. Nothing
    Nimbly site states they make repair easy.
    Not even a phone call/ explanation . I ended spend money at Laundromat . ********** ***** * ********* ******* ******* ** *****

    Our records show the job as completed. As per our several conversations you would have to speak with ***** because it is under warranty. Since the job is completed we did not permison from ***** to go in and repair your appliance again it would void the warranty. PLease contact ***** for further help.

    I contacted Nimbly to repair my stove/range. Their repair addressed the original issue, but also created a new issue; the oven no longer maintains the set heat. I was advised that I would be provided a 90 day warranty for their service work. Though they returned twice to attempt to repair the issue created by their initial repair, they were unable to solve the new issue. That being said, they continually advised that the oven was fixed. I paid $800 and two boards on the oven were replaced with their service. I still do not have an operational oven (it does not hold temperature), and they will not respond to my email messages. ***********************************************************

    Very dissatisfied, and would like a refund!

    A repair was completed and the warranty on the parts and labor put into those parts were used as we went back MANY times.(between 2 different techs) We even contacted ******* directly with this concern and ******* advised that the unit was working to manufacture speck and the customer is not to rely on a store thermometer and sent us a form from ******* proving the unit was working as it should.

    Refunds are not determined based on how the customer wants the unit to operate. If the unit is working to manufacture speck we have completed our job and even went above and beyond. The customer was also told the same thing from ******* themselves. This customer simply is a difficult person and just wants things done their own way.

    As for not responding to emails, all emails were responded to **********************. There comes a time when someone needs to stop communication before things get out of hand and as we did what we could I felt it was best to leave it be as clearly what we were explaining as well as the manufacturer to this customer wasn't going to be accepted by them..

    I'm sorry the customer feels dissatisfied however parts went into her unit, work was done to it MULTIPLE times at no extra cost, we searched high and low for answers and was advised from the manufacturer we did what we needed to and the unit is working perfectly fine.

    A very interesting response from Nimbly! To make the issue clearer from my perspective, I would like to add that the initial issue for which Nimbly was contacted was the oven, when set at a temperature of 350 degrees transitioned to broil within 10 minutes, burning that which was placed in the oven. Subsequent to Nimbly completing its service work for this issue, the oven no longer held its heat, in that the oven reached a set temperature and then stopped retaining that heat. It dropped in temperature as if the oven was turned off. The return calls were about the oven not holding its temperature after the service work.



    I don't believe any of my emails held threatening tones, and if these are required to validate, I will forward to you. My messages attempted to make clear the problem, with a goal of achieving a resolution and functioning appliance. Secondly, any communication that was referenced between Nimbly and ******* I was not privy to, nor was I ever contacted by *******.



    As we have 7 individuals in our home an oven is required to prepare meals. We have subsequently purchased a new oven to move forward as an operational unit is required. However, again, I will never contact *** ********* Nimbly for appliance service. The techs that came to our home were polite, but at the end of the day, the oven was not repaired, or their 90 day guarantee upheld.
