Very disappointed in purchase, not the car I looked at, different vin, said my insurance canceled and repossessions the car when my insurance sent me a letter stating I paid in 3days in advance and I told them I wanted out of the contract due to no job and instability, took a week to get my car back after an illegal repossession and all these extra charges paid for delivery, paid extra for plates and for the car to be registered, I paid two downpayments one for 1000 and one for 3500, they disabled the vehicle half of the time I’ve had it. I’ve tried to fix my km allowance, sent me to a bunch of people who are not part of that department and it felt like a game of telephone even when trying to cancel.

We are surprised and disappointed to see this inaccurate review posted with many unfounded allegations and misrepresentations of what has occurred. With regard to the vehicle, it is quite common to look at multiple vehicles when deciding on a vehicle. Clearly, the customers were well aware of the vehicle they finally selected and took delivery of, as well as the other terms of the lease. If the customers were unhappy with the vehicle selected or the terms of the contract, they could have obtained a different vehicle elsewhere. Near the end of March/early April, their vehicle contract fell into default for both insurance cancellation and payment arrears. They were requested to rectify the situation and failed to do so. We were left with no choice but to repossess the vehicle as we can’t have an uninsured vehicle driving around. Once the customers finally got around to getting their account current and insurance back in place, they were able to redeem the vehicle. Any delays were due their delays, not ours. We have continually worked with them as they often fail to make their payments on time. When their overdue account balance became too large, after repeated requests to make payments, we were required to enforce the default provisions once again. We have been attempting to reach both customers on multiple occasions with no response. We suggest that they contact our office to discuss their account and how to move forward in a constructive manner.

Everything I have stated, I have proof behind to back it back. Emails, money transfers. I wouldn’t state it unless I have proof. I had another vehicle vin and my insurance even had the other vin as your company has wittten me paper of what I need for insurance with the vin. Yes costumer has told you before even taking the vehicle to cancel for two weeks. I will fight this in court. I have proof of everything I’ve stated. And when I asked for my km allowance and your bad costumer service games you lost contact from each of us.
