    The company wouldn't provide return shipping costs for a product that was way, way under any type of quality I expected - the record player looked cheaply made and that it could fall apart.

    Didn’t simply change my mind on the product - the quality of the item was extremely poor in my opinion. Much more entry level than is implied by the cost. ****** (who I purchased it through) has a free return policy if the item is not satisfactory or as described, so I feel like it was implied your company would as well. It wasn’t clear and you know it.
    To top things off, your customer service has been awful.
