    They make tall promises of 20 years free service when you buy their products and services, and charge you an arm and a leg . But no one responds when you actually need service!
    Got the whole HVAC system -Furnace, Tankless water heater, A/C, Hepa filter ,
    Nest Thermostat installed in 2 of my residences just 2 years ago. But whenever I call for service, there’s no response! Meanwhile my payments go regularly from my account to *********.
    This seems to be a Modus Operandi for many companies- Sell their products thru a 3rd party finance company, making tall promises , and take the money and disappear!

    this company I believe had us ************ buy mutl-year service protection contract knowing full well that they were never going to uphold the terms provided.
    Their sales tactics were too pushing and not sincere but they kept at us until we signed. We spent over $14,000 to purchase air conditioners, tankless water heater along with 20 year protection plan.
    someone needs to stop this horrible business practice and let the general public know that it is going on.
    I also found out today that they went bankrupt (ya right) and not answering there phones as we now have issues with the air conditioners we purchased from them. ******* **** ** *** **** ********* ***** ** *****

    Found out they went bankrupt and they didn’t send me a paper contract. It went to ********* and I’m expected to pay $50,000 by July or pay $600 a month for 20 years.* ***** ****** *****

    They cheated and charged us way higher than the market price. They said we have a 20 years warranty on furnaces and others, but they are out of business now. I got a problem with the furnace; I tried to call many times, but they never picked up my call

    It has been 2 years since we have our Furnace, water tank and Attic Insulation done. As Pinnacle Home Service Promise we supposed to receive our rebate but nothing happened. We are trying to reach them by phone (no answer). Very disappointed !! It is very frustrating. Last communication had with guy name George Jovkovic and he provided me his email and phone number. I have tried to contact him - again no reply back. Very unhappy!!

    * **** ******* ******* ** ****. We were to have a new furnace installed and they were supposed to pay off to other companies we paid monthly for a water tank and water softener system. The money to do so came from a finance company that set us up for monthly payments which is fine. They put the furnace in which was fine. This was August of 2022.
    They promised that they would pay all charges until the other companies were paid off, which they did until November.
    Neither December or January's were repaid to us. I spoke to them in January and was assured that a cheque for both of those months had been put in the mail that day. We have yet to see it.
    Further more I have had to pay the other 2 companies for February and April. I have been trying to reach them since January 24th to no avail, all you get when you call them is voicemail promising they will call you back. April is upon us I expect I'll be paying twice again this month as well.

    I had my attic insulation updated by them and sent numerous emails to get a receipt for the work in order to qualify for a rebate with no response. Given the website indicates they are closed I can’t qualify. Terrible customer service and terrible clean up from the crew that did the work.

    Ross told me he could do high efficiency heat pump and furnace for a better price than I had gotten from a local company, they installed heatpump, it worked fine we waited and waited so I called for lnformation on furnace delivery and install was told they were having trouble locating one. I called every week for six weeks finally told they had one , when they showed up it was gas not electric. A week later they came and installed it, now here we are six weeks or so later coldest days and the furnace is not heating our home is48 degree's at the moment,I have to wait until 10:00 am to call for service as they don't have emergency number , and we paid 25,000 dollars for mid eff garbage worth about 12,000 maybe. Definitely not a happy person at this time . ***

    This company does not provide any services as stated in regards to repair on installed tankless water heater and water ultra-violet water purification system purchased in July 2021.
    Numerous phone calls have resulted in no call returns or contracted-out serviceman that come to repair
    something that is totally unrelated to the original service call. ** ****** ******** ** **** ** *** ******* ***** ****** ***.This installation was financed through a company called ******** with bi-weekly payments of $51.88.** *** *** ****** ******* *** ******* **** ****** ******** ***************
