Working with these guys was really a fantastic experience. I just went randomly to their showroom and was immediately impressed. Very friendly service and the designs were just what we wanted.
The job was cpled in the time frame they promised and my kitchen is exactky looked the rendering provided. I couldn't be more happy.
I got my kitchen's whole new rebirth. You know what's more important, the feel of the family which you get from these guys was very comforting.
Go for it! You will definitely not regret it.

My countertop goes in December. Installers damaged it by putting acetone on it, never supposed to use acetone on quartz. March comes and goes, keep in mind, Regional Kitchen has been paid in FULL, months ago. Almost $60,000. Middle of April Amanda gets ******** ******* *** ****** from ********* involved. **** from ******** comes to measure for new countertop. The original price I was quoted was $4,500. I paid $5,300. Amanda tells me the stone from ******** would cost me an additional $1,500. I asked for the quotes she received from ******** for both stones so I could see the difference in price. Amanda refused to provide quotes. I called ******** and spoke to ******* regarding the price difference, her response was I was not the customer, Amanda was, therefore, she could not give me prices. But she did say that the price difference was no where near $1,500. Which is exactly what I suspected. **** came back, I explained to him about this price discrepancy. He started to laugh and said the difference "might" be $700. maximum. We are now beginning of May, countertops still not replaced and Amanda has attitude because **** ****** *** ** * *** *** she's trying to spin it around on ******* from ********. June, ******** replaces countertops and doesn't **** from ******** wipe the entire surface with acetone and damage the entire thing. Now nobody will take responsibility. Blake from Regional tries to tell me that they have to wipe it with acetone to get the "oil" that protects it during transport. I called ******, the manufacturer. There is no "oil" put on the stone, and you are NEVER to use acetone on quartz. Months and months of nothing but hassle. Regional Kitchen offers me $2,200 and wants me to sign something saying I will not speak of their company. They need the $2,200 more than I do. There is soo much more to this, pantry drawers falling out, cabinet drawers not closing properly, shelves in lazy susan falling down. Very poor workmanship and absolutely no ownership.
