      Hired right on landscaping to pull up old patio stones relevel and relay the bricks halfway through the job owner said he could not finish the job said he didn’t have time to do it anf that he had misquoted the price he might have had time if he hadn’t disappeared off the job site for 4 hours leaving his only worker alone who could not grade the site by herself he said he would give me a couple of names of contractors who might be able to finish the job but he never did .A week after they left I noticed my 6 foot pry bar they were using was missing I contacted the owner who said his worker had taken it by mistake and they would return it within 2 days that was 2 weeks ago I’ve still have not received it I sent the company two emails asking for it back and got no reply ** * ***** ***** **** ** ********* **** ******* ** ******

      The quality of the work was very poor - they even openly admitted it was not their best work. The drainage goes directly onto our neighbour's property (by-law infraction) they claim it is fine, it is not. Driectly from the contract - "Supply and install drainage lines under walkway, to include tie ins to downspouts, and emitter into front shared grass area"
      We are now forced to pay reputable company to come and re-do the walkway and put in proper drainage. The height is wrong and it has already cracked over the drainage, as it was not dug deep enough and there is a gap between the house and walk way that can lead to issues with water in the foundation. This has been an extermely poor experience and waste of money, we will now have to cover the demo and new project.
      The owner, Evan, has gone MIA. Originally said they would come back to do repairs then refused to and will not return repeated calls or emails. After a number of months, he has come back claiming no fault.

      Purchased a pool from them and it was installed this year. A few things to consider if hiring this company for any work:
      1) DO NOT PAY in FULL until the job is done. Because I did that, they took their sweet time to complete the job. 11 months in total
      2) WORST customer service EVER. Evan is the owner and never ever returns calls or emails. When he promises to come and do something, he never shows up. Then he blocks your phone number so you can’t get a hold of him. Some of his excuses for not showing up:
      - I went fishing
      - it’s my day off
      And that was because his crew forgot to glue my pipes for my pool which exploded.
      3) Evan is **** - his email responses are disgusting and he does not care about his customers
      4) I even put in a complaint with Ontario Consumer Protection- which was recommended by the Police - as I was afraid he was not going to finish the job due to him ignoring my emails and calls
