      On March 15 2023, I purchased a package from GolfNorth for 10 rounds of golf at Grey Silo Golf Club. . I was charged for the 10 rounds on my credit card and issued all the vouchers for the rounds which was non refundable. Later that same day GolfNorth retracted the vouchers and issued my money back due to a system error.

      **** ** ************ *** I expect to be have my vouchers reinstated. I had already made plans with my friends and already had booked non refundable hotels in the area to do a golf trip on a weekend this summer.

      If my purchase was "non-refundable" why is it that GolfNorth is able to reenact on their services? **** ** **** **** ******** ******** *** * ***** **** ** ****** ** ** *** ****** ******** ****** ** **** ** *** ** ***** **** *** ********** A customer should not have to pay the price for GolfNorth's "technical error" and they should accept responsibility for it and allow me to maintain my vouchers.

      On March 15, I purchased a package from GolfNorth for 10 rounds of golf at Grey Silo Golf Club. The purchase was made via their website and I was issued vouchers for my 10 rounds of golf. My credit card was also charged for my purchase. The vouchers were non-refundable and valid for 1 year from purchase.

      Later that day, I received an email from GolfNorth indicating that the details on the online store were displaying incorrectly and that I would be issued a full refund within 5 business days and that my vouchers will be removed from their system and no longer valid.

      I find this unacceptable as I paid the rate that was advertised on the website and expect that the services I paid for to be fulfilled.       I'm happy to provide my vouchers that I was issued and GolfNorth's email cancelling them if required.
