      I ordered a motorcycle trailer in the spring on April 16,2022 and the website and email stated 4 to 6 weeks delivery. As of August 2nd, 2022 I have not received my trailer. I've been emailing and calling every week to get an updated and always get the same story (ex. I was the first in line to get it, they are made in batches, or there is delay). The intent of having this trailer was for the summer season and now summer is ending (and my vacation is too). At this point, I would like to be reimbursed and the company tells me I can't. Since, they were not able to respect their side of the contract to deliver me the trailer in 4 to 6 weeks, I want my money back; furthermore, the website now states 2-5 weeks delivery (for about 8 weeks now, but still no trailer was delivered to me) and no where does it state in my contract or website that I cannot be reimbursed. The company has told me different stories every week and my patience is gone.

      I would like to help resolve the issue with ******** *****, I am unsure
      what the issue is on his end but would like to help address the problem
      and make sure he is happy at the end of this.

      Please let me know what you need help with. He placed his order we have
      built his trailer for him and now he says he does not want to trailer
      and wants a refund. We told him we can refund it, there is a penalty to
      refund it which is listed under our refund policy.

      The last thing we spoke with him was to check out the refund policy he
      said okay I will get back to you and then he never did and now we have a
      problem.

      We want to do whatever it will take to make sure he is happy and taken
      care of regardless if he wants or does not want the trailer anymore that
      has been built for him.
