      Refund for web site error on the vendors side has not been received to credit card. Julie says she requested refund but this has been ongoing since Dec 6, 2023 and there is nothing pending anywhere, Julie is not responding to credit card company inquires as she states it is a 3rd party that she uses but the error was in her web site for JollyZee Alpacas it is her responsibility according to the ****** ****** *** 3rd party provider that Julie was using. ***** ******* ******* ******* ** ******** ******* ** ***** **** ***** *** ******** ********** ***** ******* *** ******** *** ***** ******* ******** ******** ******* ** ****** *** **** **** ***** **** ****** ***** **** *** *** ***** *** ** ******* **********

      Purchased a pass for an alpaca experience for two people which cost $113 tax included. The owner (Julie) canceled the experience two days before as she stated she had delays and was not ready to reopen as promised. I requested a refund which she promised to process. The refund has not been issued or received and when I reached out to confirm it was being processed she was hostile despite me reiterating that I was just looking for an update. ********* ** ****** ******* ********* * ******** ********* **** ****** *** **** ******* ******* ** * ****** ******** *** ***. The refund originally showed on my account as processing but no longer shows processing and is not posted / has not been refunded. I am able to prove that service was not rendered and refund has not been received and am happy to share that with you.

      As per the numerous texts and instructions with this person I will yet again attach a response. I believe this person has some special needs or issues with comprehension as we have requested they contact their bank numerous times now to get a refund as on our end it shows it was given. We cannot give a refund two, three, four times. This person is now ********* us and attempting to **** us as we have already refunded them! They have yet to show us any proof they haven’t received a charge back, or any official statement or documentation from their bank. At this time we have no further comment as there is nothing further on our end we can do.

      Hello, I called ****** and was told the refund has gone through but because I cancelled our business with them they say they can’t send anything or show me anything other then what is in the app which I already showed. They suggested you call your credit card company and ask to open a dispute which will flag ****** and if it’s really been refunded they can show the bank evidence of this, otherwise they will be forced to refund by your bank. Sorry I can’t be of more assistance I’ve never had this many issues with a merchant before ??
