Bought our house in March of 2024, and no information was given to us by the selling agent or homeowner, leaving us to permanently fix our basement water issues. The water was coming in through the walls so we were referred by our good friend at ********** to contact Wet Basements!We are relieved to have permanently stopped the water in our basement and are now telling everyone before an unqualified renovator just tells you to rebuild your basement space, contact the Wer Basements team first!Flooded basements are ***** fun and multiple insurance claims only hurt you in the long run! We would recommend fixing the water issue first then wait a year before renovationg your basement!This team was exceptional in working with them! They were cognizant of lessening dust and cleaning every day and giving us long term peace of mind Sincerely *****

There is no words to express how great this company is. Without too much detail, they came to help fix the leaking basement / fix and do a proper sump pump pit / and fixed the cinder block foundation to no longer cave in the crawl space. They went above and beyond to help me, as I just lost my husband, to fix my home. Would highly recommend Wet Basement Solutions for all of your basement waterproofing needs around ******. My wife and I bought our home not knowing our basement and foundation were compromised. We found wet basement solutions online and reached out. Their owner, ***, replied incredibly quickly. This was definitely reassuring to us given some companies didnt reply at all, and one replied after WBS was already done their work lol.The whole process from start to finish was a smooth and positive experience - the expectations were very clearly communicated, communications in general by answering any and all of our questions, the team on site was very polite, hard working and cleaned up after themselves.The lifetime warranty is also very welcomed peace of mind. We had a wonderful experience with Wet Basement Solutions and highly recommend them. The whole team was fantastic from start to finish. Communications were top notch and the team that did the work was courteous, hard working and very careful with our home. It was a big job but they got it done in two days and left the job site clean and tidy. ***, the owner, was in constant communication and super responsive to any questions we had.
