    I purchased a Hot Tub Nov 22 2023. I contacted PoolsHQ in ************** in ******* and asked if they knew of a company that could pick up my hot tub to bring it to their business to fix a small leak and winterize it as it was Nov then deliver it to my home after repairs were completed. They said they use Hot Tub Guys. The lady at the desk called them and set up the appointment. Hot tub guys then emailed me and asked for payment before they picked it up and asked for pics of the tub and said they would pick it up on Nov 23 2023. Because i knew PoolsHQ was busy and it was now late Nov and the Tub would be winterized, I left it till spring. I went to PoolsHQ and asked to see my tub to get some measurements from it and they said they don't have it and they would call me back, they didn't call me back. I went back to ******* where they told me they never received it but they will make some calls and call me back. Which they didn't. I went back again, where I was told they definitely don't have it. The Hot Tub Guys reimbursed me the $960.50 July 28 2024 for the delivery. But no Hot Tub which according to many sites is a $7000 Tub. Either Hot Tub Guys didn't take it to PoolsHQ or PoolsHQ sold it.PoolsHQ is not a BBB member. They appear to be the same company as they are using the same office and same address as per the upload I sent.
