What a c*** show this place is. The first sign was the sales person knowing VERY little about trailers. Not knowing what equipment the trailer has, telling me false information like a brake controller isnt needed for trailer brakes. Anything to try and make a sale I guess. The worst is that they accepted an offer, I signed and they took a deposit. They even ran a credit application. A few hours later they call me to tell me that the trailer had a previous offer and deposit in it, and that deal went through after all. Taking multiple deposits in a single unit. Shady practice for sure. and likely illegal. I will be avoiding this location.

Highly disappointed in our RV. We've had nothing but issues. Black water not draining properly even after"repairs". Now the oven and both(indoor and outdoors)stove top are not working. This is our first season with this trailer and we have not been able to enjoy a stress free weekend yet. It makes me miss our 2015 RV that unfortunately had a tree fall through its roof.

Look elsewhere if you value customer service and value. Upselling useless platinum package ($1399) that was presented as a means to ensure serviceability and cleanliness at delivery was a total scam. Fee hidden within freight portion of bill so no way to hold dealership to what it actually covered. Paying to have the unit cleaned only to find mouse droppings and bounce sheets in storage bin as well as staining on curtains from applied fabric sealant, is but one example of deficiencies. After repeated e-mails to relay the post sale condition and personal costs to repair on own were met with nothing more than an offer to drop trailer off to repair issues that should have been identified/rectified on delivery day - items that had nothing to do with initial shake out. Multiple items that we believed a competent service team should have repaired after paying for this package as a peace of mind. Misrepresentation of package coverage and misleading buyer of competency of service team to locate and repair items ahead of delivery date main points that should be factored if you opt to deal with this dealer. Find another business that treats its customers better in this hardening economy.

After buying a new Camper we had problems with screws on the blinds letting go.. the roof vent keeps opening when driving ( I have it duct taped). The mirror that was screwed on the wall fell off, the seats bottom out when you sit. Electrical problems with the battery. The camper was only used twice, when we called the service at Big Country we were told that they couldn't look at it for at least 4 weeks. But we could bring it in and leave it. The second time I called for electrical problems I was told the same and stressing that the warranty doesn't cover everything and there could be charges..Well we kept it, I paid out of pocket to have the work done so we could use our brand new camper that summer. On the other hand when purchasing the camper the sales people were great and helpful. we paid cash but the Finance officer kept us an hour trying to up sale products and trying to talk us into financing over six months when we were paying in full. Maybe it changed since we were there, but I don't think we will be buying another camper from Big Country. Instead we'll buy second hand save a little and just maybe all the repairs that needed to be will have been done. Good luck with your purchase
