    I purchased the ** connect adapter April of 2023 , and after discussing at length with ** (owner) about my camper and the weight requirement over the phone for I was reassured this would be the right product.I received the Ez connect adapter and went to use to manoeuvre my camper trailer into my parking site. I almost was crushed by my camper because this faulty gimmick product did not operate properly and I wasnt able to turn in rather the camper rolled and I was almost pinned to death but luckily I was able to run and my friend pit chocks In Front of the wheels just in time.I had to have a tow truck come in and assist me as thats the only way I had to park my camper at that time.I reached out to JJ and explained to him in email and his response was No Refunds i explained on your website its clearly listed refunds within the 30 day return policy.I explained that the product is not safe and defective and I am not able to use it. ** simply stated in email I hesitated to tell you that you cant use it for the purpose you intend to!** did not answer my email except to reiterate this product falls under parts and does not qualify for a return or refund. This is a clear unethical business practice and to clearly state in email that ** literally misled me and admitted his intention was to make a sale and never thought this was the product for my need.JJ did nit tell me its not safe or intended for parking my camper trailer and use although it states strictly its for that purpose. I wouldn't have purchased and saved my deep cut on my finger and the danger I was put in due to this faulty equipment and found a product that is approved and safe to use.I Am asking for a full refund and resolution for this issue.Thanks

    To Whom it may concern,
    We are sorry to hear that this has happened. We are going to make an exception to our return policy in accepting this back, and will refund the cost of the adapter. Please package the adapter up and ship it to our warehouse. Once we have received the adapter back we will issue the refund for the value of the product. We have documentation from our rep in regards to the details surrounding the purchase of the adapter, and the corresponding emails about the details. As the information provided to the BBB differs from what we have.
