    Firstly i dont if address i mentioned is correct for business but the phone, email and website is correct. I saw their ad posted on FB with name Professional Air duct cleaning which was advertised as $99 for below : ??Unlimited Ducts Cleaning.??Unlimited Vents Cleaning.??Your Main Line Cleaning.??J - Panel Cleaning.??Free Inspection/check up of your Furnace, Dryer vent and AC.??Natural disinfectant will be sprayed into the main line. So i got duct cleaning services from them on 05-Sept-2024 for $109 including taxes for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. They said they are licensed, certified and insured by *****. They did clean each vent but I dont think they actually cleaned the main line, J-panel cleaning and sanitized the main line like advertised. Once they started their work, technician kept pushing to take deep cleaning or complete care package saying its needed as there is lot of dust but I didnt take as i knew they were just trying to make more money and it was scam alert for me. They also broke the humidifier filter panel slightly and when I complained to owner they started lying that they gave free complimentary filter and saying my humidifier is in bad shape and it needs to be changed. I didnt ask for any refund or charges for damages but i was just giving them feedback. They had promised as part of package i would receive before and after snapshots as well as invoice but i didnt receive either. I should have probably not paid them before receiving what they had promised. The owner promised he would send invoice but ghosted afterwards and when i posted an feedback on their ******** post the owner reached out to me started lying and blaming me and then blocked me to their FB page. I was only asking for invoice which they never gave. Overall not happy with the service as well their unprofessional attitude and not delivering what they promised. I am sharing this so that strict action is taken against them for scamming consumers.
