Installed new Eavestrough and was not completed as promised, Instead left to look embarrassing. Company had no solution except maybe a rain barrel which they refused to purchase a correct barrel. No fix, no discounted price, nothing. As a ***** ******** approved. company not recommended at all.Nothing was delivered as agreed. Your sales associate should learn his job. You want to work with us then fix the mistake your company made. Totally unacceptable if you say you stand by the work you completed as it was not. Heres a picture running it across the deck which is a trip hazard and not what was promised.

We appreciate the feedback, although were disappointed by the characterization of the ************ clarify: the original plan was to run the downpipe underneath the deck as discussed. Our team attempted this by removing several deck boards, but due to the way the deck was framed (low clearance and structural blocking), it was physically impossible to route the pipe ************* a temporary solution, we extended the pipe around the deck to direct water away from the foundation and suggested a rain barrel or ground drain as the next stepboth of which are outside the scope of our services. We are not landscapers and do not sell or install rain barrels as part of our offerings. Despite this, we purchased a rain barrel in good faith and attempted to make it work, but unfortunately it did not fit the *********** this point, we have asked the homeowner to select a suitable barrel or drainage solution that fits the available space, and we have offered to return and reconfigure the downpipe at no extra cost.We understand this outcome wasnt what the homeowner originally hoped for, but we have acted responsibly and respectfully at every step. If a compatible solution is provided, we remain happy to assist.Review fromPatricia W
