      Wazzi turned a very negative experience into a positive one. He towed my vehicle from the scene of an accident and exhibited kindness and compassion the entire time. He also drove me home & along the way, as we talked, I became aware of what a genuinely kind and good person he was. He is nothing like the stereotype tow truck driver that the media has portrayed. What a ***** contrast to the c*** I now have to deal with from my insurance company!Write down this # and call it when you need a tow or a boost or any roadside assistance in the ****** area: **************

      I was pulled over late in the evening on the 417. Wazzi towing was called by the **** I was not comfortable being on the side of a busy highway, especially at night. I was going through very serious life challenges, and this was absolutely adding to my current stress. I was upset, distraught and agitated. Waz was friendly, kind, and helpful. He ensured I was safe until I could get home. My car was impounded and placed in his yard. I had items in my car that I needed access to, and *** was quite helpful to meet my family member at the yard on the weekend (when he is off duty) to allow me to get my things. He also allowed me to pick up my vehicle at the earliest possible date even though it fell on a weekend. The personable, honest and great service received made a HUGE difference during a very difficult time. The cost to get my vehicle, I felt was very reasonable. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend this Towing company.

      Great service, very compassionate and honest guys. I'm a struggling single mom and they were so amazing to practically donate a great safe and reliable car. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Very friendly and professional. Five stars ?????????? all the way ..Forever Thankful for Wazzi Towing.

      Wazzis towing was the best customer experience Ive received not only from a towing company but any service based establishment. He went above and beyond in every dimension. Quality of care of the vehicle, timeliness, conversation, price, responsiveness. He even went as far as calming my girlfriend down for me. This man truly went above and beyond. Genuinely one of the best people Ive met. I wish he showed other establishments what a service minded culture truly is.
